Once you place your order on Huggletee, you’ll immediately see a confirmation message on your screen with your Order ID. This is your first sign that everything went through correctly.
Within a few minutes, you’ll also receive a confirmation SMS and/or email with all your order details including the items ordered, delivery address, total cost and estimated delivery time. If you created an account, you can also view your order status anytime under the “My Orders” section.
If you don’t receive a confirmation message within 10–15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder in case the email landed there. Still nothing? Feel free to contact our support team with your name and mobile number and we’ll confirm your order for you.
