Yes, you can change or cancel your order but only if it hasn’t been processed for delivery yet.
If you’ve just placed your order and realized you need to make a change (like updating your address, changing a product variation, or cancelling the order completely), please contact our support team as soon as possible ideally within 3 hours of placing the order. Once your order is packed or handed over to our courier partners, we may not be able to stop it. In that case, you’ll need to wait for the delivery and request a return or exchange under our Return Policy, if eligible.
